The Meadows Conference & Events Centre has its own in-house chef & team who are able to offer exquisite catering for any event style.
As part of any Meadows Conference and Events Centre space hire you can choose to add a food and/or beverage catering package, prepared on-site in our own kitchen, to provide nourishment for your guests. All catering packages have been specifically crafted to suit the many different event styles we are able to host and the venue spaces they are best suited too.

MCEC Catering Packages
Whether you’re seeking to host a relaxed casual style event or a beautiful seated dinner, we have a catering package to suit.
All packages provide plenty of choices (including special dietary fares), enabling you to mix and match the perfect combination for your event, but more importantly to wow your guests.
Stand-up Cocktail Event Catering
Simple ‘walk & fork’ options for a room set up for a cocktail function. Choose from Roving Canapes, right through to three perfectly timed services by where no one will go home hungry or dissatisfied.
Roving Canapes
Choose six Canapé Dishes from our fifteen Canapé Dishes Menu.
Roving Canapes + Antipasto Platters or Dessert Boards
Choose six Canapé Dishes from our fifteen Canapé Dishes Menu, plus either Shared Antipasto Platters to start or Dessert Boards to finish.
Roving Canapes + Antipasto Platters + Dessert Boards:
Start with our moorish shared Antipasto Platters (1 between 4 guests), then choose six Canapé Dishes from our fifteen Canapé Dishes Menu and finish with delicious shared tabled Dessert Boards. (1 between 4 guests)

From a two course meal (with a choice of entree or dessert), to a full three course dining experience, we will help you create a night your guests will love and want to do all over again!

Breakfast Catering Packages
Complement your morning space hire selection with a Continental or Buffet Style Breakfast Package. Both options are a self service arrangement, where guests can help themselves to delicious freshly prepared hot or cold options.
VENUE SPACES AND EVENT STYLE RECOMMENDATIONS
Meadows Breakfasts are ideally suited to our Temlee West, Temlee East, Temlee, Midas Room and Board Room spaces or those events conducted outside on the ground, requiring a food and drinks break. Conferences, presentations, workshops and meetings find these packages the ideal way to keep people fueled and focused.
Morning & Afternoon Tea Catering Packages
Every space hire has a different need in mind. Our Morning Tea & Afternoon Tea Packages are the perfect accompaniment when a simple selection of fares are needed to can make your proposed event just right. Each package offers a wide selection of choices , from which you can choose three dishes and include a complimentary Tea, Coffee, Juice & Water Service Station.
VENUE SPACES AND EVENT STYLE RECOMMENDATIONS
These packages are ideally suited to our Temlee West, Temlee East, Temlee, Midas Room and Board Room spaces or those events where snacking and short breaks are necessary. Conferences, memorials, presentations, workshops and meetings find these packages ideal.
Lunch Catering Packages
Complement your space hire with a hot or cold Lunch Package. There are two options to choose from. A Working Style Lunch, where guests can graze and a Seated Lunch where choices are made prior to the event and table service is offered.
Working Lunch: A buffet style self service arrangement offering a selection of savouries, gourmet sandwiches, wraps, focaccias toasted and fresh.
Hot Plated Lunch: Guests can choose from four delicious meals, then take a seat as our Conference and Events team serves up lunch.
Both catering options include a complimentary Tea, Coffee, Juice & Water Self Service Station.

BBQ Packages
Who doesn’t love an outdoor BBQ? Be it for lunch or in the summer twilight our Terrace and Deck spaces are perfect for hosting this great Australian tradition.
Let us supply the food, beverages (if you want), BBQ, chef and staff to serve you, while your groups sits back and takes in the sun and the vista of our secluded venue. You may even want to bring along a few games to plays!
These packages offer six BBQ grilled food options, salads and condiments. And you can add in a Beverage Package or simply pay as you go should you need to quench your guests thirst and add to the event.
Half & Full Day Catering Packages
Should your event require a full or half day space hire we can assist with making sure all guests are catered for. To support this we offer combinations of our Morning Tea, Lunch & Afternoon Tea Packages.
