The Meadows is proud to support our local community through our new Community Grants Fund.

We invite and encourage non-profit organisations that provide quality programming in the areas of health, education, sport, recreation and community enhancement within the City of Hume to submit an application for funding.

Please note the Community Grants Fund is for groups within the City of Hume.
